Refund & Return Policy
At Euzeo, we want you to love the scent in your drive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at euzeoscents@gmail.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
