Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States only — including all 50 states and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Free Shipping $25+
Orders $25 and over ship free via tracked delivery. Orders under $25 pay a flat shipping rate at checkout.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package ships.
Order Issues
Lost or damaged package? Email us at support@euzeo.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the scent last?
Each Euzeo fragrance is slow-diffusing and designed to last several weeks under normal driving conditions. Heat and airflow may affect longevity.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only, including military addresses.
What’s your return policy?
If you’re not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll help with a replacement or refund for unused items in original packaging.
How do I install the fragrance?
Each bottle comes with a premium vent-clip cap. Simply attach it to your car vent and adjust airflow to control scent strength.
Are the caps interchangeable?
Yes — choose the Classic Cap or Vented Cap when you order so the look matches your style.
